What kind of testing would my patient get?
The type of testing that we facilitate from OneOme is based around testing for single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in different metabolizing enzymes (e.g. CYP450). These metabolizing enzymes and mutations in them are important in determining efficacy and side effects for many medications.
